I’m a traditionally or self-published author, and I’d love to be a part of this group. How can I join?

Middle Grade Authorcade is limited to traditionally published authors, and we're piloting the program with an intentionally small group. We anticipate expanding membership in the future, so if you're traditionally published and interested in learning more, please feel free to send us an email.

I’m an educator, and I’d love to have a panel visit my classroom. Can I book a visit directly?

At this time, our panels are only available via the monthly giveaways. You are welcome to enter every month! Many of our authors also conduct school visits independently; visit their websites for more details.

How many winners will you choose for the school visit drawings each month?

We are currently giving away three school visits each month.

If I’ve already won a school visit, can I continue to enter in the hopes of winning another visit with different authors?

Please enter as many times as you like, but we cannot guarantee any specific author's participation.

I’m a parent. Can I enter the school visit drawing to gift to my child’s teacher?

You may enter on behalf of your child’s teacher with their permission (we coordinate the visits directly with the teachers).

I’m an educator but I don’t live in the United States. May I still enter?

Due to time zone issues, the school visit drawings are limited to the United States and Canada. But we hope you’ll sign up for our newsletter for book news and tips each month!

If I win a school visit, what can I expect? Will I be able to choose the authors that participate?

Winners will be contacted by an Authorcade member to coordinate details. We are not accepting specific author requests at this time. You can learn more about school visits here.

What grades are your author visits designed for?

Our visits are best suited for 3rd-8th grade students.

How frequent are the newsletters, and what do they contain?

Newsletters are sent out every few months and contain exciting news about our authors and their books, inspiring ideas for using Authorcade books in your classrooms, and helpful hints for fostering a love of reading and writing among your students.
